I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with PoolWise for over 17 years, dating right back to when it was first started by Keith, through to the current business under Kirstin and Gareth. As a Retailer, I’m looking for key suppliers who bring a wide spectrum of benefits, and PoolWise have always focused on this. From information about market trends and pressures, through marketing collateral, training sessions, seasonal forecasting, and product development, PoolWise are always presenting a holistic approach to supporting my business.
“The team at Poolwise are always so friendly and helpful. They are dedicated to working with our business and their product knowledge is outstanding. Always great to deal with.”
“I have had the pleasure of dealing with Keith for more than 20 years now. Keith has always supplied exceptional service to us at Pool Magic. With the many years’ experience Keith has had in the pool industry we have always found Keith’s knowledge to be of great help with sourcing new product for specific pool issues and assistance with these issues. Any request including panic orders are always deal with in a friendly, professional way with exceptionally fast delivery. I can’t speak highly enough of Keith and the staff at Pool Wise, one of the truly customer focused suppliers to the pool industry who will have Pool Magic’s business for many more years to come.”
“We have been dealing with Poolwise for over 5 years now and have always found them to be extremely helpful. Throughout that time we have thrown a few ‘curve balls’ at Keith and his team and they have always responded with solutions. Nothing is too difficult and they are not afraid to try new things and look outside the box. Another aspect that we have found refreshing is their personal touch, they are genuinely interested in us and our business and will always go the extra mile to ensure that product reaches us in time…even when we have been a bit slack with our ordering! Thanks Keith, Kirstin and the team – we look forward to working together for many years to come.”
“I’ve supported Pool Wise from its early beginnings. The Company and product line up rapidly expanded, resulting in a major changeover to Pool Wise product in store for us. We never looked back. With Pool Wise being able to source and import most products this now accounts for around 95% of our annual Pool & Spa Chemical needs. All still with the personal touch of being part of the “Pool Wise Family” network.”

We have relationships internationally and locally which provides the best quality goods whilst keeping costs at a minimum.
